  1. This shows promise, after previous versions its hard for me to get excited but so far it looks like it could be good.

  2. too bad pinhead is not dressed in black latex/leather outfit. why naked? looks really good on the shock factor. hopefully it has a good story not just pop in terrorize and then leave. but actually give some background and story etc.

  3. David S Goyer is on a roll when it comes to re-imagining classic works of fiction and making then more accessible for a modern, diverse audience. He brought strong black women to Asimov's Foundation, more strong black women to Sandman, and now Trans representation to Hellraiser. Please like so everyone sees? 😉

  4. My favorite part about this reboot is how they found the perfect replacement for Doug Bradley, a trans cenobite. Is anything more terrifying than thinking you're looking at a female only to realize its a shemale? Shivers.

  5. Ehhhh. If the gore scenes or solid then it may be Alright. It's just hard to reboot something like this. Mainly because the first 2 movies were really good and the Cenobytes are really unique characters in the horror genre. So, to try and recapture that is gonna take a lot.

  6. Saw Hellraiser twice on the cinema on its original release, starting a life long love of clive barker. Its been heartbreaking watching this franchise churn out below par sequels to make a fast buck. This, for the first time in decades looks very promising. Loving the colours and lighting. Hopefully they have such sights to show us!

  7. Seeing all the comments, I wonder if everybody is having a total memory loss. Yeah, the production looks very nice, what a great achievement in 2022, wow. Now, let's see…where is the intimate story we had in the original Hellraiser? Besides a more androgynous Pinhead, what does this trailer have in common with the novella? Are you seeing smth else I'm not seeing? Where is the twisted erotica? All I see is a bunch of teenagers trapped in what seems to be some kind of puzzle box house. Why do I get the feeling that it's gonna become a sort of slasher affair? This is clearly not a remake, but another reboot of the series, with Barker's name attached to it. I just don't get the high enthusiasm on this, probably it's because people just lowered their expectations way too much. And any decent entry in these kinds of franchises are overly praised for no objective and logical reasons.

  8. You can tell the entertainment industry has been running out of ideas for several years now. They are remaking everything they can get their greedy hands on . And most of the remakes are no good they are washed down versions of the originals and the acting is horrible. 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀

  9. Looks worse than it did 40 years ago. Well done beating this horse's carcas even further into the ground you souless corporate hacks

  10. I know some dont want to hear this but it needs to be said..For the rapper, drug dealer, prostitute, homosexual, partier, fornicator, drinker, drug user..Jesus is willing to accept you just the way you are.. Jesus died for all those and every sin and all a person has to do is believe he died or all your sins (past present and future) and you are justified in the eyes of God and will have a relationship with him forever

  11. You don't see much of Pinhead but from what I see I think their clothes are too feminine. I would prefer Pinhead to have a much more androgynous look.

  12. I have so many questions. Is this our original Pinhead just with a new actor? Is this Kirstie after becoming a Cenobite like she did in the comics? Is this someone entirely new? Is this set in the modern day? I CAN'T WAIT

  13. It actually looks good. I won't be watching it but the trailer is intriguing. I don't find movies or shows with a lot of bloodshed compelling but she looks good as Pinhead.

  14. Was originally content to label this a 'Me too friendly, unoriginal cash-grab'..and then I saw the trailer. Actually looks like it has potential..roll on October
